Urban.brussels is the institution in charge of urbanism and architectural heritage in Brussels.
A complete UX study of 15 days has been produced. The aim was to redefine the entire website’s achitecture through an analysys of the previous website and the future scope.
A close collaboration with the communication and IT team has been put in place to understand the goals and functions.
The major challenge was to merge 3 websites in one.
At the end of the mission, mindmap and wireframes were delivered. I also organised user testing on wireframes with scenarios given to a panel of 8 people.
